Biktarvy (bictegravir/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide) is a prescription medication used to treat HIV-1 infection in adults and children weighing at least 14 kg. It is a complete, once-daily single-tablet regimen that combines three antiretroviral agents:

• Bictegravir – an integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI) that prevents the virus from integrating into human DNA.
