Description
VialSoliris (eculizumab) is a monoclonal antibody used to treat rare, life-threatening blood and immune disorders. It works by inhibiting the complement protein C5, which helps prevent the destruction of red blood cells and reduces immune-mediated damage. VialSoliris is primarily used for conditions such as paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS), generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD).
